smh.com.auDaniel Flynn is the founder of Thankyou, an Australian company that funds global water and food projects by selling bottled water and other products. He has won awards as an entrepreneur and social innovator, and raised $1.2 million since March through sales of his book about the business, Chapter One, which asks buyers to “pay what you want”.

This book shows the value of what could be perceived as a soft topic. It equips leaders with one of the most valuable principles that will ever exist in an organisation. As I read I was challenged to look at our company and my own leadership, and consider how to continue to build deeper trust.
