The Three Dimensions of Content Marketing Strategy for Startups

Customer Lifecycle: Each step of the customer journey, from understanding the need of a product to using and assessing the product’s value, has to be addressed by content marketing in a form or another.

Content Types: Content marketing means more than blogging and social media and companies have to be creative in placing their content in alternative communications such as customer support canned responses, product messaging, company communities and help pages.
