International Business Machines Corp Cloud To Rise Above All

Based on its acquisitions in the recent past, it looks like IBM has gone into the holiday season a little too early. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed by IBM. It acquired The weather Company along with Cleversafe Inc. in the last month only.

Gravitant is a Texas-based company, which specializes in software developing and allows companies to assess, purchase, and control their cloud-computing services from various providers. Its premium product is the “cloudMatrix” cloud brokerage software. CloudMatrix enables IT personnel to compare and contrast several cloud services and select the most apt application based on their business needs.
